UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who understands that great design isn’t just beautiful—it converts. You’ll create user-centric designs for websites and digital campaigns that align with SEO best practices and drive measurable business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy
• Design responsive interfaces that work across all devices
• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Work with SEO team to ensure designs support technical SEO requirements
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and A/B testing results
• Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints

Requirements

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in agency or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design constraints
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for conversion optimization
• Understanding of SEO and how design impacts search rankings
• Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Principle)
• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with A/B testing and heat mapping tools
• Knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
• Illustration or branding experience
• Background in psychology or behavioral design
