Sales Executive / Business Development Representative

About the Role

Join Trisdel’s growth team as a Sales Executive where you’ll connect with businesses looking to elevate their digital presence. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their needs and showing how our SEO and marketing services can transform their results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Present Trisdel’s services and value proposition to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Stay informed about SEO and digital marketing trends
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences (virtual/in-person)
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or related services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable with consultative selling approach
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SEO or digital marketing services
  • Existing network in Delhi or Canadian business communities
  • Background in account management or client success
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of lead generation and inbound marketing
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, French)
