Marketplace Intern
About the Role
We are a growing D2C brand looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Intern to support our e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real exposure to how a brand grows and scales on India’s top online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Cataloguing Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho — including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and category mapping to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.
Order & Inventory Management Monitor daily orders, coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely dispatch, track returns and cancellations, and maintain healthy inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Ad Campaigns & Promotions Assist in setting up and managing sponsored ads, deals, coupons, and platform-specific promotions. Support the team in optimizing campaigns to improve ROAS and drive sales growth.
Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key metrics like sales, traffic, conversion rates, returns, and ad spend. Prepare weekly performance reports and share actionable insights with the team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel) is a plus
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a self-starter attitude
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
