About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen understanding of digital trends, and possess the ability to create engaging content that builds brand awareness and drives meaningful engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow our online presence and connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan and maintain social media content calendars with consistent posting schedules
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, stories, and advertisements
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual content using design tools
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
  • Grow and nurture online communities around our brand
  • Execute paid social media campaigns and manage advertising budgets
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Social Media Expertise

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement

Content Creation

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice
